This website (ExclusivelyCindy.com) is operated by Cindy Gordon LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Exclusively Cindy. In this policy, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Exclusively Cindy” all mean the same thing: Cindy Gordon LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We’ve tried to write it in plain English. The legally required parts are still here, but we wanted you to actually be able to read it.
What information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter, download a free resource (like The AI Phrases That Are Killing Your Trust), join a waitlist, register for an event, or contact us.
- Payment information when you purchase a product or service. We use Stan Store (powered by Stripe) to process payments. We don’t see or store your credit card number — Stan Store and Stripe handle that directly.
- Information you submit on intake forms when you book a Strategy Session, apply for coaching, or otherwise share details about your business with us.
- Anything you tell us in messages — DMs on Instagram, replies to our emails, ManyChat conversations, comments on our content, or messages through the website contact form.
- Audio and video recordings of private sessions (Zoom calls, with your knowledge and consent at the start of the call). We use Zoom, Fathom, and Granola to record and transcribe these sessions for our reference and for delivering coaching summaries.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect some information using cookies and similar technologies:
- Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- The website that referred you to us
- Actions you take on the site (clicks, scrolls, form submissions)

Information from other sources
If you interact with us on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Substack), we may receive information from those platforms in accordance with their privacy practices. We may also receive information when you click an affiliate link or referral link that brings you to our site.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver products, courses, and services you’ve purchased
- Send you the newsletter and any educational content you signed up for
- Respond to your messages, DMs, and inquiries
- Run our coaching sessions and create session summaries
- Process payments (through Stan Store and Stripe)
- Improve our website, content, and offerings
- Track which content and offers are working (so we can do more of what helps you)
- Run advertising on Meta and TikTok platforms
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats
We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information only with the third parties we need to run our business. Each of these has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do share certain information with advertising partners (like Meta and TikTok) for personalized advertising, which under California law may be considered “sharing.” You can opt out by sending us a note at Contact us.

Send us a note through the Contact us form with your request. We’ll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30-45 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Children’s privacy
This website and our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to:
- Provide the services you’ve requested
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it. Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email — that removes you from active marketing but we may retain limited records (like proof of consent) for legal compliance.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure third-party processors for payments, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis.
That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone on our list, or by a clear notice on the site.
